Organization 101: Inkssentials Craft Spinner

With all the fabulous new releases that will be available at CHA Summer (just a few short weeks away!), perhaps you are finding yourself a little bit stressed? "How can I possibly find room in my crafting space for even MORE amazing Ranger products?"

Never fear! We are here to help you organize your current stash of stuff to make room for all of the new goodies we'll be coming out with!

One way to organize your crafting products is to make use of vertical space. And to help you accomplish this, we strongly suggest using...

Spinner1
...the Inkssentials Craft Spinner!

With this handy-dandy organizer you can keep 8 of your Ink Blending Tools or Alcohol Ink Applicators close at hand, and nice and neat.  You can even use Adirondack Paint Dabbers to color-code the handles so that you always use your red Ink Blending Tool on a red ink pad, etc. Never have a contaminated ink pad again!

But did you know that you can stack multiple Craft Spinners to save even more space on your work surface??

Our customer service department frequently receives calls from customers who want to know: "Why is there an extra piece in my Craft Spinner box?"

Spinner2
Don't throw it away!  This piece is the key to stacking your Craft Spinners!

Check this out:

Spinner5
Unscrew the "Standard" topper on your Craft Spinner, and replace it with the extra rod:

Spinner6
Then take a second Craft Spinner and place it right on top!  (Don't forget to replace the topper!)

Spinner7
Voila!

But why stop there? Why not have THREE tiers of craft tools?

Spinner8
Ta-da! Yep, you can even use the Craft Spinner to hold your Adirondack Paint Dabbers. But that's not all: try using your Craft Spinner to organize your Stickles, re-inkers, Alcohol Inks and more. The sky's the limit!

Well, ok, there is one limit that you should consider: we recommend going no higher than 3 tiers of spinners for stability's sake. But this is pretty cool, right? Think of all the space you just saved on your work surface by building upward!

And as an added bonus, you can even use the leftover toppers as fun embellishments on your craft projects:

Always good to see great ways to store things!

I didn't know that you could use them to organize stickles too! what a great idea!! I might just have to get one now~!

OMG, that is sooo awesome. I was wondering how high you could go with them and then there it is you tell us. Now just to find room on my already cluttered desk for one of those.

Cool idea! Would love this sitting on my desk!

Awesome! Guess I'll need 3! :)

organize?
Sandra

Question: how strong are those clamps? do you need two hands to get the inkblending tools out of the clamps?
other than that: I'm looking forward to the day I will own one of these spinners. Love the topper!

love that spinner!

I need to pick up a few of these. Right now all of my beloved Ranger products are kept in an enormous (plastic) 10 drawer storage unit thingy. It is so annoying every day when I use these products (yes, every single day), and I keep having to shuffle through this storage unit to find what I'm looking for. I cringe every time I walk over to that storage unit. These spinners would be so much more useful!!!

I WISH I had a spinner to organize everything! LOL With all the clutter that eventually finds it's way to my craft table, this is a much better way to keep everything close at hand and neat at the same time! TFS!

Great product for staying organized! I linked to this page from today's scrapbook news at http://bit.ly/bEwgiL

Wow this is so cool. Great idea with making it even better.

Be still my beating heart!!!! I've been looking for these for a couple of months...ever since the new colors came out.
I have 2 and need one more! YAY!
I take the extra BOTTOM and add it upside down to the top, like a cup, and store things in it.

I already have one spinner that holds my blending tools but who would have thought they could hold paint dabbers too! I now want two more...Thanks for the tip!

Had wanted one but now I HAVE to have 3!!!

Oh my gosh I have been wanting for one of these for sooooo long! I can't wait to get one..oh wait 2

I really like this craft spinner. Especially the fact that it can hold a multitude of products. I have only one ink blending tool and on ink blending applicator so I could use the rest for stickles etc.
Eveline.

how cool ,the sky is the limit just keep on stacking them

oh to be so organised and have it all together would be such bliss brilliant invention Tim

Good morning, Ranger! That's an AWESOME idea! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Thanks! Lynn B

Terrific! I need to have this three tier spinner on my table. When will it be out on the market? I only have a small space and my table is always so cluttered. stamping sue

I don't have a spinner. I found it a pitty that you could only use 8 blending tools on it. but knowing now that you can stack them up .... :-)

I put my blending foams in little bags (zip bags?) and wrote the name of the color on it.

Very cool. My dabbers and stickles and alcohol inks are in Plastic chinese food containers sitting in a metal shelving unit my best friends son made for me cos I couldnt find anything that would fit.

This is so cool you are posting this info. It is such a great help. I see you have your dabbers upside down.........to keep the top from drying out?

My head is SPINNING! What a great idea ... I'm off to shop!

Great product! I could use three!
