Project: Shrink Plastic & UTEE Fabric Tag

Today we've got a great new project from you courtesy of Tammy Tutterow!  Use Inkssentials Surfaces Shrink Plastic along with Melt Art UTEE, the Ranger Melting Pot, and Distress Inks and Stains to create this charm-ing fabric tag!

I would never have guessed the hand is shrink plastic! I thought it was made with UTEE and a mold! How cool. Now I must get some shrink plastic!!
