CHA Booth Set-Up: Day 1

 
Here are some behind-the-scenes snaps of Day 1 of the Ranger booth set-up at CHA Winter 2011!

It's coming right along!  The booth will be completed today, just in time for the first day of the trade show on Saturday.

A Halloween party at Ranger is an annual tradition. Costumes are optional for those who want to dress up, and food, fun and much laughter is always guaranteed!

Look at what's currently being manufactured and packaged in the Ranger warehouse!

Perfect Pearls Mists!!  We announced their creation right before the CHA Summer 2010 show, and now the Perfect Pearls Mists are one step closer to being available on the shelves of your local craft shop.  They will be shipping out in early October, and to celebrate their release we will be posting a brand new Perfect Pearls Mists video and project next week, woo hoo! 

So keep your eyes peeled for Perfect Pearls Mists, both on our blog and also at your favorite crafting shop!

Lights, Camera, Action!

 
Ranger's Creative Director and Signature Designer Tim Holtz took some time out of his busy schedule to drop by Ranger's headquarters earlier this week.  While here, he filmed a new series of video tutorials with Ranger Signature Designer and Queen of Melt Art Suze Weinberg, Ranger's Marketing Coordinator Patti Behan, and Ranger's Fine/Graphic Artist and Photographer Debbie Tlach. 

The videos are being edited as we speak and will be debuting on our site very soon! In the meantime, here are some behind-the-scenes shots courtesy of Mario, King of Tweets!

Monday morning: class time!  Tim taught his students how to make four different seasonal tags, including winter, Christmas, autumn and Halloween themes:

That afternoon it was time for "Creative Layers with Claudine Hellmuth," where students learned how to make a paneled book with Studio Paints, Sticky-Back Canvas and the new Creative Layers stamps:
